FQ1. When will I receive my product? 

Satin Items & Hair Bundles in Stock

Please allow up to 3 business days to receive tracking number confirming  shipping of order, unless you’ve purchased expedited shipping. From the date of receipt we ask that you allow an additional 3 to 4 days for physical receipt of product.   For international orders please allow additional 5 to 14 days for receipt of ordered and shipped items

Preordered/custom/ or new on-demand items

For satin items allow  7 - 14  days for receipt of a tracking number confirming shipping of order.

Q2. What type of material is used for our satin items?

Our products are made of satin weave fabric.

Q3. Can we exchange items that are incorrectly ordered, damaged or altered?

Yes please send us an email at angelgshair@gmail.com about your inquiry or issue and we will correct it and/or exchange it for a similar item.  If item is out of stock we will give you a refund.
